OSF Digital is seeking a senior sales professional or sales director with a proven track record of managing the entire sales cycle, from pipeline creation to qualification through closure of sale and maintenance/expansion of the client relationship. You will play a key role in leading transformative initiatives for some of the most esteemed brands. Moreover, you’ll actively participate in recruiting top talent in sales, developing and mentoring our sales team and be accountable for our sales targets. To thrive in this position, you will:

  • Proven ability to introduce and develop strategic solutions in other companies.
  • Understand industry challenges, systems landscapes, positioning, use cases, areas of opportunity, and sales tactics.
  • Drive account planning, which includes formulating a well-defined roadmap or the necessary precursor activities to establish one.
  • Generate a robust pipeline by leveraging self-originated leads and collaborating with License Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams across Salesforce. Together, you will develop trusted
  • Professional Services propositions for existing clients and prospects.
  • Utilize your industry expertise and business acumen to comprehend a client’s motivations, business drivers/challenges, strategic goals, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Engage and present to clients, particularly at the C-Level, employing a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisors.
  • Create a compelling vision and effectively communicate our groundbreaking solutions, aiming to generate significant success and business value from investments in the Salesforce Platform.
  • Develop and lead a territory plan and tailored account plans for each client, aligning them with their business goals, priorities, and time-frames.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts, build a strong pipeline, and progress opportunities to achieve year-on-year revenue growth for OSF Digital.
  • Establish mutually agreed and aligned closing plans, and drive the execution of these plans to achieve closed bookings that align with or surpass assigned sales goals and quotas.
  • Be a recognized role model for collaboration, understanding, and delivering exceptional business results.
  • Build a sales organization recognized for its ability to attract and retain the most talented individuals in our industry.
  • Drive long-term employee success by focusing on coaching, development, and building high-performance teams.

Requirements

  • Sales Background: A strong background in professional sales or a combination of consultative sales and project delivery experience.
  • Visioning and Value Assessment: Previous experience collaborating with customers through a visioning process, evaluating business value outcomes, and formulating plans to realise that value through a structured program.
  • Business Value Pitching and Negotiation: Proficient in delivering pitches that emphasise business value and effectively negotiate terms aligning with margin targets.
  • Empowered Decision-Making: Capable of exercising empowered judgment when employing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results that align with the company’s goals and guidelines.
  • Deal Closure and Relationship Building: Recognize the significance of timing in closing deals and can strike a balance between driving the closing cycle and being responsive to the client’s needs. Building trust in the client relationship is a fundamental aspect of your approach.
  • Result-oriented and a self-starter.
  • Prior experience in an consulting, services or enterprise software sales environment selling transformational projects. Extensive experience in selling to enterprise clients involving complex buying centers.
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English language is mandatory.
