Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Professional degree.
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in sales /promotion, with at least 2 – 3 years in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in high-specialty therapeutics, valuable experience in neurology.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively.
  • Advanced leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting software, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Customer Service

Languages:

  • Fluent in Spanish, English (intermediate, desirable)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and marketing strategies tailored to specific regional

needs.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate marketing, medical, and sales efforts.
  • Ensure the tactical implementation of the promotional strategy to ensure compliance with marketing

plans.

  • Build and coach a high-performance team of sales representatives to exceed territory and regional

targets in challenging environments.

  • Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve high-performance standards.
  • Implement the promotional strategies of the unit’s products to maintain and increase the generation

of demand, contributing to achieving the unit’s sales and growth objectives.

  • Set, track, and analyze KPIs such as sales growth, market penetration, and territory development

goals.

  • Coordinate and support, in general, all events for promotional and sales purposes aimed at the

business’s target group.

  • Provide strategic feedback to Unit Management on product performance (e.g., growth, sales, market

share, and penetration) and the promotional impact of marketing campaigns.

  • Comply with and ensure the compliance of the work team under their charge in matters related to

the guidelines established by the organization and by the legal regulation of the sector.

  • Comply with the company’s code of conduct and SOPs.
