Job Title: Sales Enablement Analyst
Work Location: Hybrid (Brentwood, TN)
Department: Growth
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer
FLSA: Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, administrator experience, comfort in making edits to overall database/structure
  • Understanding of health plan and healthcare market and terminology (Government plans, a plus)
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and projects in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency and detailed follow through.
  • Ability to provide analytics and reports from data tracking.
  • Ability to be a self-starter.
  • Keen sense of customer service for internal and external contacts
  • Ability to understand and support sales process including contributing to the details in the presentations including key research around health plans and executives.
  • Ability to work within all levels of the organization as requested to coordinate feedback, schedule meetings or other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting health care Sales, Marketing, and company initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, data, or health care related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship between Agency of Record and Spiras
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors and related marketing messages
  • Provide support, development and project management on Presentations, Proposal, RFP content and marketing materials as required.
  • Support development of client/prospect deliverables, at the direction of and to support Growth Team, during the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity for Sales and Marketing CRM.
  • Produce sales pipeline reporting for Growth and Leadership teams.
  • Sales process/contract process documented.
  • Maintain marketing library
  • Track leading/lagging indicators
  • Campaign for lead generation
  • Research key healthcare conferences, maintain conference spreadsheets, trade events, and coordinate with Marketing the planning and registrations of events.
  • Manage the day-to-day interactions with outside consultants and vendor relationships, i.e., business intelligence, expense management, technology/CRM vendors that support the Growth team.


    • Act as liaison for the Growth team and across Enterprise, as requested, for technical training and best practices support.

    • Conduct lead projects as assigned from Chief Commercial Officer
