Job Title: Sales Enablement Content Specialist
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify and understand the specific sales enablement requirements of sellers, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies and performance goals
  • Develop impactful content to activate buyers and empower sellers including Industry Selling Guides, Solution Briefs, Use Cases, and Battlecards
  • Craft and implement Sales Plays that support our revenue objectives including the creation of Sales Playbooks
  • Develop Sales Training content that quips sellers with the skills and knowledge to effectively communicate the value of SOTI solutions
  • Establish and maintain continuous feedback loops with sellers and stakeholders to refine sales enablement initiatives, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in meeting evolving sales needs
  • Apply the SOTI Sales Methodology and Sales Process to relevant content
  • Become proficient in SOTI solutions with a particular focus on business value to gain expertise before developing the content
  • As part of the Sales Enablement team, work closely with Marketing and Product Management to acquire source material and adhere to SOTI standards

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years as a Sales Enablement Specialist in the B2B space
  • An understanding of buyer journey concepts
  • Experience in the application of multimedia to Sales Enablement content
  • Experience in the use and optimization of Sales Enablement platforms
  • Ability to express complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A team player who is comfortable working independently with limited supervision
