Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Seismic, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Certification in sales training programs is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies in EMEA to optimize the sales process, enhance productivity, and ensure the alignment of our business objectives with our global sales enablement strategy
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
- Identify and implement sales enablement tools and technologies that improve sales productivity
- Provide training and support on the use of sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM systems
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance and impact of sales enablement programs
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies within the sales team
