Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Seismic, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Certification in sales training programs is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies in EMEA to optimize the sales process, enhance productivity, and ensure the alignment of our business objectives with our global sales enablement strategy
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools and technologies that improve sales productivity
  • Provide training and support on the use of sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM systems
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance and impact of sales enablement programs
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies within the sales team
