Description:
SKILLS:
- Highspot, Outreach, and Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Highspot and Outreach for lead management and sales collateral and SFDC for sales tool monitoring
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills: Ability to create and present detailed sales enablement materials
Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales Enablement Collateral: Oversee the creation, packaging, and timely delivery of sales enablement materials, ensuring alignment with product and portfolio needs
- Support Product Launches: Ensure new products and services are market-ready by verifying sales team preparedness and gathering feedback during pilot phases ahead of full rollouts
- Lead Productivity Assessments: Conduct regular assessments of the Sales team to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Develop and implement enablement plans to address any gaps
- Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with similar functions companywide to identify opportunities for standardizing methodologies and insight
