Description:

SKILLS:

  • Highspot, Outreach, and Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Highspot and Outreach for lead management and sales collateral and SFDC for sales tool monitoring
  • Advanced PowerPoint Skills: Ability to create and present detailed sales enablement materials

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Enablement Collateral: Oversee the creation, packaging, and timely delivery of sales enablement materials, ensuring alignment with product and portfolio needs
  • Support Product Launches: Ensure new products and services are market-ready by verifying sales team preparedness and gathering feedback during pilot phases ahead of full rollouts
  • Lead Productivity Assessments: Conduct regular assessments of the Sales team to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Develop and implement enablement plans to address any gaps
  • Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with similar functions companywide to identify opportunities for standardizing methodologies and insight
