THE JOB

PriceBeam is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our sales team by providing them with the resources, knowledge, and tools needed to perform at their best. This role will oversee everything from sales training and onboarding to CRM and data management, and process improvement, while working closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, product management, and customer success.

This exciting role encompasses (but not limited) to the following responsibilities:

  • CRM Processes: Manage and update our CRM (Hubspot Enterprise) to facilitate best use amongst the sales team.
  • Sales Data team lead: Manage the customer intelligence analyst team, supporting and participating in continuous collection of market data, industry lists and trends, and other pertinent information to support the sales process.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs that equip the sales team with new tools, industry trends, and performance-enhancing strategies.
  • Content Creation & Management: In cooperation with Marketing and ABM teams specify, manage, and update sales materials such as presentations, case studies, white papers, and other sales content.
  • Sales Technology: Select, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps in knowledge or performance and track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are well-prepared and integrated into the team, setting them up for success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER AT PRICEBEAM
