Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of financial services related experience in Commercial Banking
  • Prior experience in a Sales role, preferably within Commercial Banking.
  • Experience developing & building learning strategies and frameworks to support new hire / continuous learning programs; experience creating and/or consulting on learning content with varied modalities (eLearning & facilitator led content a plus).
  • Experience driving large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting capability; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) experience.
  • Experience coaching sales leaders in adopting sales processes/methods.
  • Experience in strategic marketing and campaign management

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive strategies related to sales activation, marketing content, and new hire / continuous learning. This role will design sales processes, develop sales activation strategy, execute sales campaigns, build learning frameworks, and track and analyze performance metrics.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and technology to create seamless, data-driven sales and marketing activation campaigns, including training and enablement support.
  • Work closely with sales to identify opportunity based on client growth trends and product penetration. Utilize key metrics to support clients, uncover opportunity, and develop/track campaign analytics.
  • Accelerate the build of timely sales collateral, including case studies, playbooks, thought leadership, and product guides.
  • Implement a project management framework to monitor, manage, and prioritize key tasks to successfully execute on sales activation campaigns.
  • Continuously identify and implement new tools, processes, and strategies to enhance sales team performance.
  • Create learning content & learning paths for new hire & continuous learning programs; ensure sales teams have the right skill-based training and ensure teams have knowledge of product partners and opportunities (Treasury Mgt, Investment Banking, ABL, Equipment Finance, FX, ect)
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to sales execution that require solid analytical skills and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
  • Enhance technology and tools to drive automated marketing journeys; incorporate functionality into CRM to improve collaboration, pipeline management, and banker workflow.
