EDUCATION

Bachelor’s in Management or Marketing

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

4-6 years of experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER (KSAOS)

  • Minimum 5 years’ sales training experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with senior management in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for all audiences
  • Confident in developing learning materials including video, audio, presentations, eLearning modules, documents, guidebooks, and interactive programs using different design and facilitation tools and software

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Sales Enablement Specialist, Senior is responsible for the development and implementation of Sales Training Programs for NetJets Europe, in collaboration with NJE Organization Development area to ensure alignment. Working with the Director of Commercial, Global Sales and Marketing Management Teams and NJE Organizational Development Teams, this role will investigate the intricacies of the NetJets’ sales processes and design practical courses and learning programs to ensure the Sales Team are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to be NetJets and aviation industry experts, refine their sales skills and have the confidence to excel in their roles.
