Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement Specialist will assist the Head of Sales Enablement with aspects relating to onboarding, learning, development, coaching, and professional growth of the Soldo GTM teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in wider markets to ensure all business opportunities are maximised while helping the sales team to navigate the sales process, hone their strategy, and achieve their revenue targets. You will develop enablement plans, establish department goals, and drive process improvements and ongoing training, specifically in the following areas:
- Content
- Training & onboarding
- Technology enablement
- Processes
