Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED MNC, MARKET LEADER IN THE AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES ENGINEER TO ASSIST THEIR TEAM FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong connections with potential/existing customers to comprehend their service needs, providing/ensuring effective customer service
  • Provide comprehensive information about the company’s products and services, addressing any enquiries promptly
  • Expand the company’s existing customer base, and maintain the current key accounts by identify potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with the company’s engineers and technical professionals to prepare/maintain accurate costing plans and customer documentation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating cost-effective solutions and operational enhancements
  • Provide technical training and guidance to the various customers, enhancing their product knowledge
  • Formulate detailed sales engineering reports by collating/analyzing the various sales data
  • Contribute to the collective team effort by achieving specified objectives and targets as required
  • All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field of Engineering (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
