Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Biomedical Sales Engineer.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Sales, after-sales follow-up, and supervision.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer skills.
    This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in sales and a passion for driving innovation and growth in the medical device industry (Dental)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, optimize sales, increase market penetration, and maximize profitability in the medical device sector.
  • Expand business opportunities in medical device development, including concept development, technology feasibility, full product development, and focused problem-solving.
  • Act as the sales lead in specific target markets, regardless of geographical location, and represent the company at relevant conferences and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare industry leaders, and industry associations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Qualify viable leads and communicate them to relevant team members for further evaluation and support. Collaborate with the proposal team to develop winning strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal technical and management teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Achieve personal and business unit financial targets, including sales, gross margin, and contribution margin.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to identify and champion internal investments that address unmet market or client needs and drive business growth, particularly in target markets.
