Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on RLC & VRF systems in UAE market.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid Driving License
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with high-profile projects in the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
- Seeks out, qualifies, and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers, and distributors
- Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest software, catalogs and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team)
- Continuous follow up and update for Pipeline projects.
- Creating quotations in-line with the inquiry specifications and regular follow up
