SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with demonstrated examples of building rapport with SMB to Enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to tailor a value proposition to address specific client challenges and business objectives by skillfully translating its features and benefits into tangible solutions
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding goals or KPIs
- Self-motivated, team-player
- Skilled at fostering collaboration across departments to ensure the successful delivery of client-centric solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior in-depth experience working with ERPs, CRMs, Commerce Platforms, or Automation Solutions to have an understanding of vendor and customer business processes
- Strong analytical skills: ability to assess a problem and resolve an effective course of action
- Prior software implementation experience would be valuable in this role.
- Located in EST or CST time zones is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Engineer, you will work with a team to execute on strategic plans and objectives. You will ensure that the sales team demonstrates a high level of technical competence in front of clients and collaborate with internal and external partners to find solutions to complex business problems.
A successful candidate will have demonstrable technical fluency while being an energetic salesperson who is able to build rapport with clients and quickly and accurately identify customer pain points. This person should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with minimal structure while also being able to identify and execute on opportunities to create structures that will benefit the department and organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Consultation: Provide technical and solution expertise to prospective customers, offering insights into product capabilities to meet their requirements, and technical and business fit.
- Product Demonstrations: Developing high-quality presentations and conducting product demonstrations tailored to the requirements of prospects, showcasing how Conexiom provides business value.
- Discovery: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company and their business processes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from the customer and internal teams, including sales, product managers, services, and customer success.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist sales teams in preparing and delivering commercial proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Product Feedback: Share customer insights regarding product requirements with Product Management.
