Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the DACH region. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. This position requires a strong understanding of technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years proven work experience in a Technical Sales, or Pre-sales Engineer role within the High-Tech industry (Cyber domain Advantage).
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • An ability to identify and understand customer needs and suggest timely solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate.
  • technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English languages.
  • Germany / Austria Citizenship.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a Germany / Austria security clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on our products.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions and presentations to address their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our products.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on best practices for usage and implementing our products.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Customer Success and R&D teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment, and address any technical issues or concerns raised by customers.
  • Feedback: Provide Product and R&D teams with customer feedback to help identify potential new features or product enhancements.
