KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Meet annual Sales Target of assigned clients
  • Ensure SIOP monthly targets are met for assigned clients
  • Actively review the specifications and identify any changes made by the customer. Involvement with the preparation of tenders submittals and quotations, throughout the full stages of creation, to include completing Guaranteed Technical Particulars and compliance statements of the tenders.
  • Configure Solutions in Tacton Configurator as per customer requirements. Coordinate with Sales Managers and Tendering Department to ensure correct materials are quoted. Coordinate with contracts department creation of new BOMs
  • Handling technical queries/clarifications with the customers and respond in a timely manner. Obtaining drawing approval for all successful tenders/inquiries.
  • Ensure timely deliveries as per the tender requirement through monitoring and dialogue with the commercial department and manufacturing division (if needed)
  • Issue Tendering Monthly report to the Regional Sales Manager. Ensure CRM is maintained up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university, master’s degree, or equivalent.
An appropriate business qualification.
Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
Valid UAE driving license

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

3 years minimum experience in Sales of Electrical Equipment.
