Description:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including updates on customer interactions, project progress, and market insights.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Senior Manager on customer needs and potential areas for product or service improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, with a focus on pumps, valves, and related equipment for the General Industry (GIN) sector, including General Industry (GIN) and General Industry (GIN) applications.
  • Provide technical consultations to customers, ensuring product solutions meet specific application requirements in the General Industry (GIN) segment.
  • Assist in preparing detailed proposals, tenders, and technical quotations that align with customer specifications and budget.
  • Support the Sales Manager in negotiations and contract reviews for key General Industry (GIN) projects.
  • Identify potential customers within the General Industry (GIN) segment and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and ensure prompt and professional responses.
  • Monitor and maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Collect and analyze customer and market data to identify new opportunities within the General Industry segment, including emerging trends and industry needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (C4C) tool to manage leads, track opportunities, and ensure a systematic approach to sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Technical Sales Support, Order Processing, and Service Teams) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and projects.
  • Monitor the progress of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide support during commissioning and post-sales activities to address technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) procedures during sales and project activities.
  • Promote a safety-first approach and ensure all solutions comply with relevant standards and regulations.
