Responsibilities:
As the Sales Engineer High Purity North Germany you are responsible for the segments:
- Asceptic Filling OEMS for Life Science / F&B such as: KRONES | KHS | SiG Combiblock | GEA
- Food & Beverage Industry
- Powder / Milk Powder Industry
- Additives
- Function Food
- Biotech for Consumption
- Medical Buildings - Hospitals - Medical Service / Outfitters / OEMs - BiBo Applications
- Geographical Local Sales Area - Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden,Zelle
In addition to, but not exclusively:
- Meet sales results by achieving the budgeted revenue and other commercial targets.
- Professionally develop AAF’s indirect & direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria and targets.
- Further develop the sales channel in strategic sales areas in Bavaria, as well as key accounts to enlarge sales foot print and market awareness.
- Drives double digit growth through market share expansion and increased volumes by effectively utilizing the strength of the AAF portfolio by selling air filtration solutions on value prepositions and creating repeatable sales opportunities.
- Initiating & building relations with clients, as well as taking into account the demands and wishes of the customer, whilst not losing the commercial focus.
- Responsible for effective development and execution of the sales plans, achievement of sales target.
- Increase the revenue of existing accounts, belonging to this position, with improved or new products and services.
- Partners with AAF sales and marketing personnel in establishing product mix strategies to achieve optimal sales and margin targets for the Company’s portfolio of products including value added products.
- Proactively partner with the AAF team to identify and develop additional business opportunities for new customers through effective collaboration.
- The applicant will be an invaluable resource for sales and application support questions from AAF sales team and on the AAF product portfolio.
- Regular communication and/or consultation with different departments.
- Acquisition, Coordination, Finalization of sales projects.
- This position is home office based, contractually located in Heppenheim
- Expect to do frequent travel within local sales area and/or for key accounts.
