Description:

Your tasks

  • Independent support of our customers in the field service
  • Intensive maintenance of customer relationships and expansion of customer networks
  • Proactive acquisition of new business and new customers
  • Clarification of the technical customer requirements and advice to the customers as well as checking the feasibility with the internal departments
  • Control and monitoring of complete business transactions from inquiry to delivery
  • Price and offer negotiations within defined conditions
  • Carrying out market observations and competition analyses
  • Representation of the company and our products at trade fairs in Germany and abroad
  • Traveling in Germany and abroad

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of physics, engineering or industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in sales
  • Knowledge of fiber optics desirable
  • Goal-oriented action, analytical thinking, high level of communication skills, flexibility and resilience
  • Very good negotiating skills and confident demeanor when dealing with customers
  • Solid IT and MS Office skills, ideally initial user knowledge of SAP
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is desirable
  • Willingness to travel on business in Germany and abroad
