Description:
MISSION
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing sales team. Reporting to the Sales Engineer Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the feasibility of our clients’ market research projects and serving as the ambassador for our platform in pre-sales activities.
You will work closely with our sales and operational teams to prepare, adapt, and propose solutions to existing and potential clients such as consulting firms or investment funds.
Your expertise in market research will be a valuable asset and will contribute to the success of this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- You have 4 to 6 years of experience in the market research industry.
- You demonstrate a deep understanding of market research methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of data collection/sampling methods and respondent acquisition.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales statistics.
- You have a passion for technology and are not afraid of change.
- Fluency in French and EnglishStrong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- You enjoy learning and sharing your knowledge
- Previous experience in pre-sales is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting sales teams in calibrating commercial offers :
- Providing technical support to our sales representatives during client meetings
- Identifying and clarifying client needs, challenging client expectations when necessary
- Ensuring project feasibility and profitability
- Developing the best possible strategy to win projects
- Training and mentoring sales teams, ensuring knowledge sharing
- Working closely with our operational teams to have a thorough understanding of our capabilities and operations processes
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our platform’s features for both clients and internal use, and conducting demonstrations for clients if necessary
- Collaborating closely with our Product teams to:
- Relay client needs and support them in launching new client features
- Address internal team needs and continuously improve our tool
- Identifying areas for improvement and optimization of our internal processes and advising teams on implementing new processes
