By joining our team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical consulting mindset that can work with our clients during the presales process to understand their technical and process needs, be able to document solutions that will work for their needs, and provide quoting and pricing assistance to the client. They will be involved with selling our Neodeluxe solutions to clients and work side by side with our Account Executive team to show how we can optimize their case management and data solutions. REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in technical software development or technical consulting role
- Experience working with APIs and VMs
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Leadership skills to take ownership and drive opportunities to a successful conclusion
- Must have a technical mindset but able to have business driven conversations
- Must be independent and organized to be able to manage and drive forward around 10 live opportunities at once
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present technical solutions
- Ability to document clients needs and process steps to generate a level of estimate quote and proposal
- Presales leader of the technical solution being presented to clients
