Expense management has been too complicated for too long. Rydoo’s app backed with OCR technology helps our clients save time and money with just a few clicks & photos.
We are building a new generation of expense management software with a product-first approach that our end-users truly benefit from.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales or other relevant position
- University degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and SFTP
- Experience with setting up or managing SaaS applications
- Understanding of accounting tools, ERP, iPaaS platforms (mulesoft, workato, ..) is a nice to have
- Solution-oriented, don’t take no for an answer
- Willing to travel to help drive our business at the customer site and to Rydoo offices to connect with our teams
- Able to distill complex requirements into concrete actionable steps or a solution for the client.

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer at Rydoo, you will play a pivotal role within our Go-to-Market team. Your primary responsibility will be driving our technical pre-sales strategy while collaborating closely with the sales teams. A deep understanding of how the Rydoo application is designed, structured, and secured, as well as expertise in integrating solutions into the tool, will be fundamental to your success in this role.
Your role is to …
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to close more opportunities faster.
- Gain extensive product knowledge and become the most knowledgeable person on the call
- Connect with prospective clients’ IT and Finance stakeholders during the decision-making process to ensure buy-in & prepare the onboarding during the contract phase.
- Collect a prospect’s integration and product requirements, uncover the bigger picture, and create solutions that will help create value.
- Build and present product demos during customer meetings and answer technical questions related to their environment.
- Conduct Proof Of Concepts (PoCs), where necessary, to help prospects validate technical requirements and highlight our platform’s capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to help align Product and Sales.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless alignment with client needs throughout the implementation process.
- Assist sales in functional and technical components of a tender and bidding process.
- Assist the Account Management team in positioning new services to their customer base and grow upsell and cross-sell value.
- As an advocate of our platform, you will be able to bring insightful prospect feedback to the Product team and help shape our roadmap.
- Evangelise during trade shows by delivering attractive Product Demos.
