QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor software solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide technical support during the sales process and answer any customer inquiries.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs and RFIs.
- Gather feedback from clients to relay to the product development team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
