EDUCATION:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required). Continuous learning and professional development in relevant areas.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record in sales engineering or technical sales leadership within the industrial sector with more than 10 years of experience in mass market. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and achieve business objectives. Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams. Experience in Managing a factory is a pre.
SKILLS:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Commercial: Strong commercial skills
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex customer challenges.
Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate across functions (R&D, purchasing, production) and with senior management.
Project Management skills: identify needs, quote / business case approval, prepare project plan, risk and budget management, project completion
Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of the industrial and in particular juvenile market, including industry trends, competition and customer needs.
Technical Expertise:. Ability to deeply understand technically our products. Understanding Manufacturing constraints and opportunities. Familiar with production processes as plastic injection , blow molding, fabrics. Familiar with quality processes and control
