Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator to join our Timezone/Zone Bowling Sales team in North Sydney! This role is exciting and allows you to grow and develop within a global company, whilst being hands-on and assisting in the creation of REMARKABLE and FUN events for our guests!
Responsibilities:
- Selling exceptional events to our group, corporate and family guests and upselling our exciting packages.
- Pro-actively seeking out and prospecting new business leads through Business Development.
- Managing guest expectations and requirements for our guests from inquiry to following up for feedback after the events.
- Supporting operation teams in venue to create REMARKABLE, outstanding, and entertaining group/corporate events.
- Consistently monitoring and maintaining all allocated events.
- Liaising between our Zone Bowling & Timezone venue teams, and the guests to ensure seamless events.
- Contacting and securing potential clients to attend in venue networking events to showcase venue and our facilities.
- Promoting Zone Bowling & Timezone and being a proud brand ambassador!
- Delivering exceptional and guest-obsessed service.
Skills and experience
This role is integral to the Zone Bowling & Timezone Sales team and would suit a candidate who is passionate about delivering incredible and FUN events. This role will bring new opportunities and challenges! This is not a commission-based role, but there are very achievable bonus targets that will allow you to earn money on top of your base rate!
