This is a casual role and is open to applicants across Australia.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the distribution of sales / events leads to appropriate Sales & Events Coordinators
  • Assist in coordinating, organising and confirming ‘finals’ for guests; final arrangements for events; final payments for events
  • Process payments, including handling refund and booking transfer requests
  • Maintain data integrity of sales records and guest profiles
  • Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with guests and venue teams
  • Manage time and tasks productively, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Support the broader Sales & Events teams by keeping sales data updated and accurate

What You’ve Got

  • Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
  • Previous administrative experience in a high volume environment
  • Natural ability to be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient in email management and data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
  • A burning desire to show what you’ve got and what heights you can take the business!
