Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Located in South Yarra, you’ll work within our dynamic Sales & Events team. You’ll be responsible for administration and execution of various functions and events at our cinema locations. This includes managing school and vacation care groups, private screenings, and corporate events. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the entertainment and cinema industry where you’ll get to build relationships with many different stakeholders.
Your day to day may include:
- Prepare and deliver event documentation to cinema sites
- Manage and ensure timely food and beverage orders for events
- Efficiently communicate and negotiate with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- Collect and compile post-event feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, booking requests, and CRM data entry
- Provide operational support during events as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service and manage client relationships
- Maintain and update the CRM system to accurately capture client information.
