We are looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to join our Sales organisation. You will support commercial entity with data driven insights on. This Manager will be the key function in increasing the efficiency of sales. The vision of the position is the transition from field sales to more hybrid and inside sales, data driven decisions and analytics.
Our ideal candidate is a professional with 2-5 years of experience who has strong analytical background with a combination of an excellent communication skill.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bsc degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Relations or associates degree in relevant field
  • Advanced level of English and Hungarian both in written and spoken
  • Self-starter attitude and proactive approach
  • Excellent analytical skill
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Change-agent mentality
  • Understanding of sales principles
  • High level of analytical skills combined with precision
  • Work experience in multinational companies
  • Collaboration and teamplay approach
  • Can-do attitude combined with cultural and generational sensitivity

  • support the commercial entity in transforming daily operations to a data driven approach enabling increase efficiency
  • Leverage new tools (such as AI) to provide new insights for sales
  • Act as the ambassador of change towards a more digital, agile, hybrid sales process
  • Be the bridge between sales and marketing teams
  • Represent Schneider Hungary in regional and global data campaigns, implement guidelines for more digital
  • Tools to be used (BfO, Tableau, Digital Flywheel, OneView, SAP if necessary)
