Sales Executive
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- To maintain good rapport with existing company’s customers
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services to potential customers
- Prepare quotation
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectives
- To meet sales target (KPI) set by the company
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve better results
- To ensure that payment is promptly collected according to schedules
- To learn technical knowledge of products
Requirements
- Able to liaise with English & Chinese (in order to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints from Chinese speaking customers)
- Preferable with architect / building materials sales experience
- Possess own vehicle is a must
- Minimum Diploma OR 3 years experience in sales and marketing (Construction industry would be advantageous)
- With eager-to-learn and goal-driven attitude
- Willing to pick up technical knowledge
