Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, onsite reporting into the General Manager.
You will know and understand what it means to deliver bright hearted hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. You will use your incredible personality to influence and confirm meetings, events, and more specifically looking after our large accommodation groups and upselling food and beverage offers to increase revenue on confirmed bookings. You will be dealing with a multitude of clients both local, European, and International. You will personally manage all aspects of the enquiry, from phone call to proposal, confirmation, and contracts, to billing and tracking and of course the delivery of the large group bookings.
You will always over deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport with our current client base, identifying new leads and repeat bookings by calling our past bookers. You will naturally always suggestively upsell when handling enquiries and maximising potential revenue and profitability for the hotel.
Attention to detail is an absolute must and consistency adhering to sales office SOPs, we will be a strong team player and have a can-do attitude. Living and breathing the Hilton sales engine to deliver exceptional revenue.
