MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diplomat or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical), Science, Commerce, Business Admin or relevant work/sales experience
- Possess a pleasant personality, and excellent persuasion skills
- At least three years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess an analytical mind
- Proficiency in English is required for this position
- Must be willing to travel when the need arises
- Able to work under pressure
- Loves to take on new challenges
- Customer oriented by nature

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE
To effectively manage, support and profitably grow the L/B business for Central and East Coast Malaysia, and be responsible for achieving the annual sales target set by maintaining existing customers and acquiring new business.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To expand customer base and maintain good rapport with existing customers in the assigned region
- Able to give effective presentation and clear explanation to customers
- Focus on expanding business line, introducing existing users to other products and services
- Monitor and be alert on accounts that are due for renewal
- Monitor aging accounts and ensure effective management of collections
- Compile and complete required reports in timely manner
- Keep abreast with market trends and develop effective strategies for marketing, pricing, etc to ensure market competitiveness
