MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diplomat or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical), Science, Commerce, Business Admin or relevant work/sales experience
  • Possess a pleasant personality, and excellent persuasion skills
  • At least three years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Possess an analytical mind
  • Proficiency in English is required for this position
  • Must be willing to travel when the need arises
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Loves to take on new challenges

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

To effectively manage, support and profitably grow the L/B business for Central and East Coast Malaysia, and be responsible for achieving the annual sales target set by maintaining existing customers and acquiring new business.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To expand customer base and maintain good rapport with existing customers in the assigned region
  • Able to give effective presentation and clear explanation to customers
  • Focus on expanding business line, introducing existing users to other products and services
  • Monitor and be alert on accounts that are due for renewal
  • Monitor aging accounts and ensure effective management of collections
  • Compile and complete required reports in timely manner
  • Keep abreast with market trends and develop effective strategies for marketing, pricing, etc to ensure market competitiveness
