JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join one of our hotels in Tabuk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our hotel services, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for the hotel.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the hospitality industry.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the hotel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and address any concerns.
