We are a young and vibrant company based in Dublin’s City Centre and currently looking for a full-time target driven sales executive, with strong experience working B2B, to join the team.
If you are ambitious, results-focused, and enjoy a challenge, you will enjoy working with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts, generating new business, providing sales quotes, and consistently achieving KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the IT/Software/Web Development industries
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • A passion for sales and client relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Quick-thinking and adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English essential)
  • Strong multitasking ability, particularly with CRM/Planner/Customer Application Forms while on calls
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Salesforce, One Page CRM, and Trello

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to create trust by effectively listening and responding to verbal and non-verbal cues
  • Strong written skills for preparing customer proposals and management feedback

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage your own lead pipeline to ensure continuous sales development
  • Conduct daily calls and emails through our CRM system
  • Research and identify potential and existing account opportunities
  • Monitor and manage KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance and customer acquisition
  • Address difficult inquiries and handle customers professionally
  • Provide phone-based customer service and participate in ad hoc sales projects
  • Assist with lead generation and contribute to sales strategy efforts to expand the customer base
  • Prepare pricing and quotes, including sending proposals to clients
  • Offer quarterly feedback to management to optimize business processes and support in your role
  • Seek upselling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Continuously research competitor services to stay ahead of market trends
  • Represent Amharc Tech in a professional manner at all times

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage both long and short sales cycles
  • Negotiate deals successfully and diplomatically
  • Consistently meet or exceed agreed KPI targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customer pipeline and manage it effectively
  • Plan efficiently to maximize the volume and quality of prospects
  • Maintain detailed activity logs to ensure optimal customer interaction and sales performance
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely reporting of sales activity, leads, and pipeline
  • Proactively suggest improvements or new ways of working each quarter to enhance client value and workflow efficiency
