Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities at for the Melia White House Apartments within all segments Serviced Apartment Agents, Business Travel, MICE, Leisure and Groups.
  • To implement all projects suggested by Line Manager & management, which are aimed at the development of new business
  • Ensure a minimum of 8 Sales Calls or viewings per week
  • Update and develop databases for all sales and marketing activities, fully utilizing the company CRM tool MARS as per company guidelines.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and MHI database.
