Our clients are looking for customer service representatives to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will provide assistance and support to ensure their satisfaction.
No experience? No worries! We are working with great employers who don’t mind taking on unemployed candidates. We provide pre-employment training as well as ongoing training to support your development within the role!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Great communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• A lot of personality!
• GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 Maths and English or equivalent

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
