JOB SUMMARY:

Axon Accounting and Bookkeeping is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our accounting and bookkeeping services. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Promote Axon’s accounting and bookkeeping services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping services is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
