Description:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury hospitality and have a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring memorable experiences for our guests. You will leverage your industry knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Hospitality software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Belmond’s portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive interest and sales.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all client information and interactions are recorded accurately in the database.
