Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll

  • Manage and grow an existing database of active and inactive clients.
  • Take on new leads and clients to build your own pipeline.
  • Think outside the box to deliver creative solutions for clients.
  • Work autonomously while being a valued member of a supportive team.
  • Use your print knowledge and understanding of the promotional products industry to close sales and exceed client expectations.
  • Juggle priorities with excellent time management and attention to detail.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally with exposure to print or promotional products.
  • A go-getter attitude and a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills across all platforms – phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Outstanding time management and the ability to work independently.
  • An eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact.
  • A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
  • Computer literacy and a professional manner in all client interactions

In this role, you will:

  • Build relationships with existing clients and develop new clients
  • Apply your sales skills to grow the existing portfolio
  • Prepare Quotes: Deliver seamless and accurate quotes that align with management KPIs.
  • Master the Sales Process Cycle: Gain expertise in all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing and beyond.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Communicate and work efficiently with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
