Description:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales efforts of the restaurant by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the growth of the restaurants revenue. This role requires a proactive individual who is skilled in negotiation, presentation, and sales processes, particularly within the hospitality industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry (restaurants/hotel/resort).
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality market, including trends and competitors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales in luxury restaurants/hotels or resorts.
- Knowledge of local and international travel trends.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate, leisure, event planners, and travel agents.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the hotel’s facilities, services, and value propositions.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms of sales, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Event Promotion: Promote hotel events, special offers, and packages to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Manage and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and forecasts to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and catering to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
