REQUIREMENTS

  • We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive, who has a strong drive and can build rapport with senior decision-makers in mid to large-sized companies in the private sector.
  • Proficient in account mapping strategies to identify and cultivate key business relationships.
  • Proven ability to build and leverage a strong professional network for business development.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on active listening and the ability to understand others effectively.
  • We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with sales cycle of 6 to 12 months and decision-making processes involving top management.
  • Experience from SaaS and/or HR Tech will be preferred.
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English

Responsibilities:

As our new Sales Executive, you will work with qualified sales leads, as well as generating your own pipeline. You’ll guide them through their purchase process with an emphasis on their needs and the value they gain from our solution. Your main counterparts will be HR and IT executives in mid to large-sized companies in the private sector and public sector. Your ability to understand customer needs and position our offering against the competition will be crucial for your success.
We have a modern approach to Marketing and Sales. Our extensive marketing efforts drive inbound leads that need to be qualified. Sales concentrate on qualifications, outbound prospecting and closing. You will have a competent team around you supporting you with for example bid management and presale capabilities. Streamlining roles, recruiting high performers and using the best available technology are at the centre of our growth plan.
