Job Title: Sales Executive – CCTV Systems
Location: Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive for our CCTV systems division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of CCTV security solutions to both new and existing customers. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their security needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of CCTV systems,SIRA regulations and other police rules of various emirates and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in need of CCTV security systems across various industries (residential, commercial, industrial, government, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales of CCTV systems and related products.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and meetings with potential clients to assess their security needs and offer solutions.
Promote and sell CCTV products, systems, and services to customers, explaining the features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support before, during, and after the sale.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable CCTV solutions and AMC service solutions.
Provide timely and accurate quotes, technical specifications, and pricing information to clients.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in CCTV systems and security solutions.
Educate clients about new CCTV technologies, such as HD cameras, IP-based systems, cloud storage, and remote monitoring solutions.
Offer technical advice and consultation to clients on system design, installation, and integration of CCTV solutions.
Sales Support and Documentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
Create and maintain sales reports, tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with client requirements.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business or referrals.
Market Intelligence:
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and offerings.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for CCTV systems.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Security Systems, or related field (preferred).
Certifications in CCTV or security systems are a plus.
Knowledge of SIRA and other emirates police rules.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in CCTV systems, security solutions, or related fields.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Knowledge of SIRA, Sharjah, Ajman and RAK Emirates police rules.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on technology-based solutions (preferably CCTV, access control, or other security systems, Networking, IT and ELV Systems).
UAE Driving License is must
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, components (cameras, recorders, storage, etc.), and related security products.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good technical understanding of CCTV system installation and integration (basic understanding of networking, cameras, DVR/NVR systems, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Other:
Ability to travel locally or regionally for client meetings, site surveys, and presentations.
Strong customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with IP-based CCTV systems,ELV & IT Systems.
Familiarity with system design, installation, and technical aspects of CCTV security solutions.
Knowledge of building regulations, security compliance standards, and certifications for CCTV systems.
