WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience within car sales, achieving sales targets and KPI’s
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen. Confidence to advise, influence or persuade in all circumstances
  • Ability to identifying new business opportunities
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in business and your own personal growth and development
  • Full and valid driving licence

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
  • Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
  • Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
  • Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
  • Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures always
