WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience within car sales, achieving sales targets and KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen. Confidence to advise, influence or persuade in all circumstances
- Ability to identifying new business opportunities
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in business and your own personal growth and development
- Full and valid driving licence

- Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
- Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
