As a Sales Executive specializing in Digital Packaging, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales in the UK market, focusing on flexible packaging solutions, including pouches and laminates. You’ll leverage your expertise in digital printing and packaging to develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. You will provide customers with cutting-edge packaging solutions, ensuring high-quality graphics and branding for food products across various sectors, including fresh foods, proteins, liquids, and dry goods.
By working closely with clients in a consultative manner, you’ll help them navigate their packaging needs, from identifying requirements to delivering tailored solutions. You will be actively involved in executing sales strategies, maintaining a dynamic pipeline, and achieving revenue targets, ensuring our business continues to grow in this evolving and competitive market. Sales experience in the packaging industry, particularly in digital printing. A proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities is essential.
Strong business development and “hunting” mindset for securing new clients and opportunities.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering high levels of service.
Proven ability to execute a targeted sales strategy and maintain a robust pipeline.
Consultative selling approach, capable of understanding and responding to diverse client needs in various markets, including retail, fresh food, sports, nutrition, and dry foods.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships.
