Description:

Position: Sales Executive Director
Location: 2251 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89102
Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the entire sales process including lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution development and presentation, negotiation, and close. Increase customer share of wallet by expanding into new buying centers and customer-funded programs by leveraging all TIAI (TELUS International AI) data solution and services. Achieving prospecting goals by generating new leads and opportunities from personal activity (cold calling), trade shows, internal and external conferences, regional organizations, etc. Achieving subsequent revenue targets and other sales performance requirements. Maintaining a pipeline of active opportunities. Managing opportunities to closure. Developing a deep understanding of prospects’ business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles. Positioning all AI solutions and services with help from product specialists. Communicating strategic information such as market intelligence, key customer data, competitive analysis, and pricing information to internal constituencies. Advocating for clients and being customer focused. Acting as a liaison between operations and clients. Accurately reporting on forecast/pipeline. Manage the preparation of all proposals and collaborate with the Solutions team on client quotations. Accurately capturing and reporting all aspects of account and opportunity information within a sales force automation (SFA) application. Supporting and ensuring that any, and all reporting requirements are completed and submitted in the timeframe specified by client. Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 20% to various worksites within the United States.
Educ./experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Director or VP of Sales, Sales Consultant or Manager, Director of Business Development, or related role. Experience must include selling technology services at an enterprise level; managing complex enterprise sales from onboarding to maturity; machine learning algorithms and fundamentals; business and data analytics; and data modeling and evaluation. Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 20% to various worksites within the United States.
