Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Join our team of Sales professionals as a talented and dynamic Sales Executive. You will be the first point of contact for prospective Pepperstone clients, actively engaging with them over the phone and email. Your mission is to convert our Middle East leads by providing custom solutions to overcome their unique challenges. By developing a strong understanding of our products and platforms, you will be able to promote our brand and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Skillfully nurture and manage leads
- Transform leads into valued trading clients
- Provide guidance to clients regarding funding options
- Address trade-related inquiries from clients
- Build and sustain strong relationships with our current clients
- Support your teammates in any capacity needed
- Consistently uphold compliance standards
- Work closely with other essential internal departments, especially operations back office and support
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience whenever possible
