JOB DESCRIPTION
The purpose of Sales Executive is to promote and sell products to Lower Market Trade. The main goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with mid to large supermarkets and to increase sales by understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Sales and negotiation skills: Achieve Sales Target for the assigned territory by effectively communicating the value of products and negotiate favorable terms is crucial.
- Build and maintain good working relationship with internal / external clients and resolve all queries received with full customer satisfaction.
- Product and industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry, including market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, is essential for tailoring sales pitches and providing relevant solutions.
- Communication skills: Clear and persuasive communication, both verbal and written, are critical for conveying information, presenting proposals, and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Time management and organization: Being able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and work efficiently is important to meet sales targets.
- Adaptability and resilience: The ability to adapt to changing situations, handle rejection, and bounce back from setbacks is crucial in the sales profession.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly distribution reports through software’s given.
- Ensure the agreed credit days and limit policies are followed strictly
