Sales Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Ability to work as a team
• Fitness oriented with sales background, experience in the fitness industry is a plus point.
• Able to converse in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.Basic + Commission

• To attain sales quota as listed by the company.
• Be able to illustrate a product’s benefits in reference to customers’ requirements.
• Be able to demonstrate use and operation of the product effectively and smoothly.
• Be able to answer customer queries regarding the merchandise.
• Be able to provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, delivery options and after sales care.
• Be able to provide information on the various financing options available.
• To be able to perform credit card payment process, bag or package purchases.
• To make follow up calls to help achieve sales quota.
• To ensure the showroom’s interior and all its display equipment are kept in its best condition.
• To report promptly any faulty equipment to the After Sales Department.
• To ensure all the lights and power suppliers are switched off at the end of each working day.
• To stay in good shape and health.
• To assist in company internal and external events, promotion & launches.
