JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to establish and develop relationships with existing and potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies to meet company objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven experience in sales at least 3 years with a successful track record in pergolas, shades or doors field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree; Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration are prefered.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to learn new company software.
- MS Office.
- SAP B1 is prefered.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Manage Key Accounts: Manage and develop key customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve sales goals.
- Provide Sales Reports: Provide regular sales reports to management.
