Description:

SALES EXECUTIVE

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum PLUS bonus PLUS uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 28 days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
  • This is an office based role (hybrid working may be an option in the future)

ABOUT YOU

Youll have sales experience from working in a similar business to business sales environment and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Youll also have a high performance mindset, great work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.
Whilst youll definitely be a self-motivated and driven individual, you also appreciate the importance of team and understand that youre more successful individually when you work together.
Reliability and accountability amongst your core values.

Well also be looking for:

  • A good understanding of the customer buying process
  • Solid sales skills questioning, closing, follow up, etc.
  • Someone who looks for opportunities not obstacles
  • A logical and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence with numerical data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised & efficient with good time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential

ID Card Centre is a multi-award winning supplier of a complete range of identity and security related products including ID card printers, ID and access control cards, lanyards and printer ribbons. Youll be working with our customers from across a range of industries in the public and private sectors, predominantly education, health care, facilities management, and events.
The role is based at our new, purpose built offices in NN2, in walking distance of major bus routes and supermarkets.

Responsibilities:

Due to continuous development and growth, we are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our ambitious and supportive Sales Team.
We have a wealth of untapped opportunity at our fingertips and we are looking for the right person to help us turn these leads into valued customers, and expedite our growth potential. Having enjoyed growth year on year we continue to have ambitious expansion plans for the future.
You will be targeted with a combination of Managed Accounts, dormant accounts and new business to achieve your personal monthly and annual sales targets. Your focused and ambitious drive, enthusiasm and positive attitude will facilitate this.

The role involves:

  • Responding to sales enquiries
  • Preparing and following up customer quotations
  • Proactive Account Management for retention and growth
  • Resurrecting dormant customers
  • Finding new business opportunities
  • On site and remote demo’s and attending customer meetings
