LEAD QUALIFICATION & PROMOTION:

  • Qualify potential leads, gather necessary information, and assist in converting leads into clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the affiliate book and upsell relevant products or services.

MARKET KNOWLEDGE:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IFX payments market.
  • Provide insights and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales, sales support, or account management.
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed in sales with a team player mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
